Terms and conditions of booking

  • Payment is due at the time of booking. This can be made by PayPal or bank transfer (invoice will be provided).

  • Once payment has been made, it is advisable to book a batch of packages in advance. Payments are not refundable.

  • To achieve maximum benefit, the packages are designed to be completed within a fixed time period with a two week ‘mop up’ period.

  • If this is not possible (special circumstances may apply), it is essential that an extension period if discussed with Jennifer.

  • Any outstanding sessions not taken within the allocated period will be forfeited.
