Hey, I’m JEnnifer

I, like you and so many women before us, believed being a mum wouldn’t change me. Boy was I wrong! I crashed into motherhood like a toddler on a rampage! For the first six months of my beautiful daughters life I wasn’t Jen, I was Poppy’s mum.

I know what it feels like to loose yourself to your little one. I also know how it feels to find your way back. Now let me tell you this, there is a version of yourself that is stronger and more capable than you could ever imagine, and she can’t wait to meet you.


Why work with me?

As an ex-athlete, I thought I knew how to fuel my body and thought I was eating healthy, but I wasn’t. I was living life in the deficit, doing the typical restrictive eating that is so common among women. Only to crash and burn into the sugar cravings. I was eating low fat, but having way too much sugar, alcohol, and processed foods.

Through blood sugar balancing I learnt to regulate my energy levels and kick the caffeine while still eating incredibly delicious and nutritious food. Food I now create for me and my family and act as a role model for my little girl.

Kids rarely do as we say, but they learn from watching us.

I will show her I am strong, capable and I can do anything I set my mind to, and just like that, she will too.
