Jennifer Neill
Health and wellbeing coach

Hi I am Jen, I am mum to my beautiful daughter Poppy and three fur babies; Rosie, Roxy and Blue. I have had a varied professional background including Personal Trainer, Prison Officer, Peer Support and Training Manager at the mental health charity, Mind Jersey and I also still work part time as a Link worker promoting social prescription and inclusion. What do all these roles have in common? They help people in one way or another.

Since becoming a mother my passion to help others has only grown and so too has my ambition. Since having my daughter I have changed careers, started my own business, returned to education and ran the London marathon. I even had time to travel to 2 new countries as well as return to some old favourites. Life doesn’t stop when you are a mum, far from it. I want to be a role model to my daughter and other women and girls, to show them you can reach your goals, live your dreams and I can show you how.
